Exact shipping costs will be calculated at check-out. Orders are usually shipped within 24hrs. When shipped, it may take 2-5 business days in the USA, and 5-10 business days worldwide.

You will always receive a confirmation email with a tracking number after your order has been submitted. If you do not get your confirmation, please check your spam folder or email us at info@ezfloss.net and we will confirm your order.

We are not responsible for UPS or USPS delays or damage or for locating the product after the tracking number states it has been delivered.

Canadian orders are shipped USPS or UPS Ground.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with every item that you purchase at ezfloss.net. If you're not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns in their original packaging.
